Shortly after your booking is made, you will receive an email detailing your class information.

You agree to the following terms & conditions when making your booking:

Up to 14 days before the course date you may receive a refund minus £20 admin fee.  Payments are non-refundable within 14 days of the course date, but you may rearrange onto another available course date free of charge subject to availability.  Up to 7 days before the course date, transfer onto another course will be charged a 50% course fee and will be subject to availability.  Less than 7 days prior to the course date, you cannot amend your booking, but you can transfer the place to another individual up to 48 hours before for a £20 fee.  No amendments can be made less than 48 hours before the course start time. Any ‘no shows’ will have to pay full price to attend a future course. If learners are late to the course, they may be turned away and unable to attend the training day. Late attendees will be treated as a ‘no show’ and will have full price to attend a future course.  If a learner is to fail the practical assessments, they will be required to attend another training day that will be charged at full price.  If a learner is to fail their multiple-choice question paper, there will be a £50 resit fee.  The MCQ paper resit will be taken on an agreed date that suits both the learner and the trainer.  A resit must be completed within 6 weeks of the course date otherwise you will be required to attend another full day course charged at full price.
