Once your purchase is complete, your item will be posted out first class with The Post Office.  You will be sent an email to let you know your product is on its way.

If you are not happy with your items, returns and refunds can be made within 30 days of your purchase.  Products must be returned in their unused original condition and packaged appropriately for postage.  Your return postage and packaging fees will not be reimbursed.  Your original postage fee will not be refunded.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Some products may vary to the photo shown on the website, but contents will remain the same.

First aid kit logo sleeve is used for advertisement purposes and is not included with the product.

1st Steps First Aid will ensure they package your product appropriately and is not responsible for any damage caused by the delivery company.  Any products damage during postage must be disputed with The Post Office.
