Having attended a 2 hour course I can honestly, strongly recommend this to everyone. Fun and informal with absolutely no pressure, Natalie is a fabulous teacher who explains everything from CPR to burns and grazes so clearly and leaves you feeling confident you would know what to do. Brilliant value for money and time well spent with lots of practical tips, definitely get booked on as soon as you can!

Having no real knowledge at all of what to do if god forbid something happened to my son. After this relaxed 2 hour class I feel so much more prepared and confident should I need to act. Natalie was so friendly and explained things really well. The booklet she prepared was fab and I also purchased a first aid kit and book (although no pressure at all to buy). Definitely worth the money and I would highly recommend to anyone who has responsibility for a baby or small child.

Fantastic training experience. I really enjoyed the training. It was very informative and up to date with the latest information that is vital to becoming a First Aider. The presentation was well prepared, clear information, very knowledgeable presenter with a very friendly and supportive/understanding nature.
